So, I joined a block of the month group on Yahoo, doing Love entwined. It's a gorgeous quilt based on a 1790 marriage coverlet, pretty much all applique. It's 18 months long, so I can hopefully keep up. So far, I have step 1 done:
I chose a black background, and no regrets at all.
My machine applique leaves a bit to be desired, but it turned out pretty good.
Now, just waiting for the next step. I can't wait!
